As a result, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You will achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. Mat classes

 

Mat classes exercises are usually performed lying down on the mat sometimes using small pieces of equipment. It is your body working against gravity that provides the biggest challenge.

 

 


 



Studio Sessions

(private, semi-private)

 

We first assess you as an individual and then design a bespoke programme to meet your precise needs. Whatever your age or fitness level, we devise a Pilates programme using a combination of mat and allegro reformer exercises to suit you. We then refine and develop your programme as your strength and skills grow.

 



Allegro classes

 

The allegro reformer is used to provide resistance to challenge your body and also to provide support for your body as required. Your teacher can modify both the allegro reformer and exercises given to suit your individual needs.
